We are thrilled to invite you to the 2025 Philadelphia Tango Festival, celebrating Aníbal Troilo, one of the most beloved tango musicians in history. Our festival offers a wide range of activities, including workshops (beginner through advanced), live music lectures, practicas, milongas, social activities, a concert, and more. Each year, we choose a theme to guide our exploration and bring together extraordinary artists–dancers and musicians–who can help us go deeper in our understanding of, and appreciation for, tango. We are so excited for this year’s festival, and hope you’ll consider joining us over Memorial Day Weekend for inspiration, connection, learning and lots and lots of fun!

1:30-2:45 pm: INES & CORINA SEMINAR: Un Homenaje a Anibal Troilo (Workshop #1 of 4): General technique for partnering: communication, embrace, points of contact, the use of the embrace. Note: Seminar students are strongly encouraged to take the preceding all-levels technique workshop with Corina. The seminar will build on its concepts.

3-4:15 pm: INES & CORINA SEMINAR: Un Homenaje a Anibal Troilo (Workshop #2 of 4): Rhythmic tangos: interpretation tool, sharp and/or fast movements. How to prepare our bodies to change the quality and dynamics.
