As we approach the holiday season, we wanted to take the time to thank you for your support for our 7th (!!!) year and to thank you for being a part of the Rhode Races team. We continue to be humbled and grateful for all of the goodwill throughout the season and we love seeing all those returning faces!

We are always looking to improve from one year to the next and we value your input in helping us evolve.  If you could take 2 mins to complete our Year End Survey and let us know what you would like to see in our Rhode Races, we would be grateful.

Gratitude & Hope Holiday Run
“You’re giving a piece of yourself to the land by engaging with it, by running on it and giving it your energy, giving it your time, giving it that space and acknowledgment,” Dinée Dorame said, a citizen of the Navajo Nation.

We have created this virtual event to honor the original sentiment through the giving of food and the Indigenous belief of connecting with the earth.  We will be raising funds for local food banks as a means of sharing food with our neighbors and we will be running on courses that we hope will inspire you with their connection to our local Native American history and remind you to run with hope and joy for we are lucky to run in such beautiful locations.

Grateful

November is not only when we close out our racing season and start planning the next one, it is also a time of thanks AND our anniversary.  
It is a time for us to reflect on what went right this year, how we can improve next year but also – to be grateful for what you, our participants, allow us to do.
