A sparkling night of the unexpected, the mysterious, the coincidental, the puzzling, the unique, the surprising, the impossible, the unforgettable. A wondrous world inspired by the art of Tony Sarg, illustrator, innovator, and puppeteer, whose exhibition opens the same day, will offer guests numerous surprises,” described Ellen Spear, the Museum’s chief philanthropy officer.

Guests will sample creative cuisine, mystical drinks, parades, performances, and puzzles under a tent and on the grounds of the Norman Rockwell Museum. Costumes that reflect time travel, flights of fancy, and imagination are encouraged.?

About Abigail: I’m an illustrator based in NYC. I absolutely love both books and paint, which is why I became a book illustrator. I studied illustration at the famed Academy of Art in San Francisco, and afterward moved to New York City.

In addition to plein-air painting, I also do floral still lifes for fun and practice, as well as my main focus, book illustration. I completed my first children’s book, Starlee the Sanibel Sea Turtle, last year. It was such a delight to work on, and I’m currently working on developing another book.
