The ultimate New Years Eve experience is our First-Class dining. Your culinary journey starts with a complementary glass of sparkling wine in an elegant glass-topped dome car, followed by a three-course dinner and impeccable service. Start with mixed greens, warm rolls, and your selected entrée from our First Class Dinner Menu. Choose from Colorado slow-roasted prime rib, fresh salmon, pork osso bucco, airline bourbon chicken, or vegetarian napoleon, followed by dessert. Your server will offer perfectly paired wines to enjoy from our reserve list and our fully stocked bars are open throughout your journey. Feel free to wander out onto our open-air observation car to take in the beauty of Colorado's Royal Gorge.

7:00 p.m: New Years Eve First Class Dinner- Dining Car:
Our annual New Year’s Eve Dinner Train is the ultimate Colorado date night. Relax aboard our first class fine dining car as you enjoy your three-course prix fixe selection. Enjoy a free glass of sparkling wine to toast the occasion - then pair your dining experience with your favorites from our fully stocked onboard bar. Whenever you’re ready, stroll out onto the open air car with your drink in hand and lose yourself in the night time beauty of Colorado's grandest canyon.

7:00 p.m: New Years Eve Vista Dome:
Vista Domes offer the most spectacular views of the Royal Gorge and mighty Arkansas. Relax in comfortable booth-style seats and prepare for your adventure through the Colorado Rockies. Trains run daily with fully stocked bars and onboard gourmet kitchens. Order your made-from-scratch favorites from the 403 Grill menu and step outside onto the open-air car anytime to take in the full beauty of Colorado's Royal Gorge.

7:00 p.m: New Years Eve Deluxe:
Club offers relaxed table seating with large windows to take in stunning views of the Royal Gorge and mighty Arkansas River. All our Club Car's are singularly unique in design and aesthetics. Trains run daily with fully stocked bars (within arm’s reach!) and onboard gourmet kitchens. Order your made-from-scratch favorites from the 403 Grill menu then step outside, drink in hand, to take in the full beauty of Colorado's Royal Gorge.

7:00 p.m: New Years Eve Coach:
Coach seating features passenger-train style high-back seating with expansive windows to take in the views. Order your favorite dinner from the 403 Grill made fresh with Colorado ingredients.
