New Beginnings of Central Florida hosted their 13th annual golf tournament held at Orange County National Golf Course on a beautiful sunny September day. Everyone came together to have fun and to raise funds to help transform and restore lives of people at soon to open New Beginnings Village.

With 14 corporate sponsors and 65-hole sponsors, New Beginnings was supported by a full field of golfers. Many donated prizes for the tournament participants. Upon arrival, golfers were treated to breakfasts by Dunkin’ and Chic Fil A as well as shirts by Kristin Jamieson Mortgage Team and welcome bags by Tax Pros of Clermont. Hilgardt Lamprecht of Life Wealth Group was the Title sponsor who welcomed the golfers before they teed off. With plenty of gift baskets for a raffle and donations for a silent auction, many went home with great gifts.

New Beginnings Executive Director Steve Smith shared, “Linda and I are sincerely grateful for the many supporters who came out to participate in our annual charity golf tournament. The weather was perfect and the revenue raised brings us closer to create New Beginnings Village-affordable housing for homeless families. “.

We all had a blast.” Patrick Bianchi of VP Development was on the United Southern Team with Victor Berriel & Mike Bucher. He shared, “The New Beginnings Golf Tournament was an amazing event to a great cause! It was filled with friendly competition, beautiful scenery, and a sense of camaraderie among the participants. It really was a memorable day!”

New Beginnings of Central Florida remains dedicated to help the homeless and less fortunate in central Florida to transform their lives through counseling services, securing a sustainable wage job, and living in an affordable home.
