Artist Talk: Adam Henry
Saturday / May 27 / 2:00pm Outdoors, In-Person
Join Arlington artist Adam Henry for a conversation about Make Your Mark, the large-scale abstract sculpture Henry designed and built for MoCA Arlington’s lawn. Bright and eye-catching, the work celebrates the Museum’s rebranding and brings energy and life to the lawn space in front of MoCA Arlington’s building. The talk is free and will take place on MoCA Arlington’s front lawn, next to the sculpture.
About the Artist
Adam Henry is a portrait artist, muralist, sculptor, and fabricator who views art as an accessible form of communication and way to connect with others. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Adam attended the Pratt Institute of Art and has continued his art practice over the last 25 years. His appreciation of all art forms has enabled him to develop a varied practice ranging from theater staging to album covers to portraits. Henry lives and works in Arlington, VA.
The event takes place in person at MoCA Arlington, admission is free, and registration is not required.
