Artist Open Call: Residency
The Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington’s Resident Artist program provides subsidized studio space in a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages interaction, dialogue, and exploration. The program gives artists the opportunity to develop their practice in a community with other contemporary artists and alongside MoCA Arlington’s critically acclaimed exhibitions and extensive educational programs. All studios have excellent sunlight, private work sinks, and high ceilings with 24-hour access, 365 days a year. Shared facilities include a lounge area, kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Summer Ceramics for Teens
Join MoCA Arlington Summer Camps at Marymount University and learn the fundamentals of handbuilding, throwing on a wheel, glazing, and much more. In this two-week course, students will explore hand building techniques, wheel throwing, and strengthen ideas that exemplify individual artist expression guided by professional working artists. Students of all skill levels are welcome!
