MONTESSORI FOR MOMMIES

LINCROFT - The Monmouth County Park System invites new and expectant mothers to Montessori for Mommies. Held from 10-11 a.m. on Mondays, July 10-August 21 at the Thompson Park Visitor Center, Lincroft, this offering is led by Stephanie Stephan, an internationally certified Montessorian and New Jersey certified teacher. This class explores child rearing through the lens of Dr. Maria Montessori’s educational philosophy and practices. Topics include first foods, sleep and language development. Moms are encouraged to bring their babies age 1-9 months. An additional session is offered from 10-11 a.m. on Thursdays, July 13-August 24.  The cost of each session is $126 per person; pre-registration is required.  For more information or to register, please visit www.MonmouthCountyParks.com or call the Park System at 732-842-4000.
