The ceremony is free to attend and open to the public.

10:00 AM - Veteran Parade at Downtown Mobile

Each year scores of organizations participate by assembling floats, marching units, bands, flag details or military equipment for participation in the Veterans Day Parade. Keep an eye out for the 2024 Registration Form for your organization.

3:00 PM - Parade of Flags Celebration at USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park

Medal of Honor Aircraft Pavilion
Join USS Alabama Battleship Park for a celebration and parade of flag, on Monday, Nov. 11, 2024, from 3 to 4 p.m. to honor the true heroes among us, our veterans. The event features music, the Veterans Day Essay Contest winners' presentations, a keynote address by the 2024-2025 Distinguished Young Woman of the Year, and more. The Parade of Flags features 4th-grade students from Mobile and Baldwin counties. The event is free to attend and open to the public. Seating is limited.

Noon-1:30 PM - Honors Luncheon at Fort Whiting Reception Hall

7:00 PM - Patriotic Concert at USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park

Medal of Honor Aircraft Pavilion

The Mobile Pops will present their annual Veterans Day concert on Monday, Nov. 11, 2024, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Medal of Honor Aircraft Pavilion at Battleship Memorial Park. The concert will feature traditional patriotic music, military marches, contemporary favorites, and more. The highlight of the performance will be the playing of the service songs and recognition of our veterans. The concert is open to the public and FREE to attend.
