By 8am: Sheep and Goats in place and back tags picked up
8am: Official Weigh in for Market Sheep
9am: Official Weigh in for Market Goats
By 8am: Breeding Sheep checked in and registration papers checked
By 10am: Check in for Doe Fitting Contest – show office
10:30am: Sheep Show: Pee Wee, Breeding Ewes, Market Ewe Lambs, Market Wether Lambs,Sheep Showmanship
12:30 Market Goat Show: Pee Wee, Doe Kids, Wether Goats, Goat Showmanship (or 15 minutes after conclusion of sheep show, whichever is earlier)
At conclusion of Market Goat Show - Doe Fitting Contest
1pm: Cattle may start arriving

Friday, Feb. 17, 2023

By 8am: Cattle in place and back tags picked up
8:30am: Official weigh in for Cattle
By 8:30am: Heifer registration papers checked
By 10am: Check in for Cattle Fitting Contest – show office
10:30am: Cattle Show: Pee Wee, Heifers, Prospect Steers, Market Steers, Cattle Showmanship
30 minutes following conclusion of Cattle Show - Cattle Fitting Contest
1pm: Swine may start arriving
5 - 10pm: Official Barrow and Com. Gilts weigh in
By 10pm: Swine in place and back tags picked up
By 10pm: Breeding Gilts checked in and Gilt registration papers checked

Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023

8:30am: Swine Show: Pee Wee, Breeding Gilts, Commercial Gilts, Barrows, Swine Showmanship
9am: Poultry Check in with Superintendent
10am: Poultry Show
10am: Rabbits Check in with Rabbit Showmanship
11am: Rabbit Show

- All Livestock must be stalled in the barn
- Stalls will be assigned
- All animals must bed on wood chips; no straw. Exhibitors must provide own wood chips. TWO ANIMALS PER PEN!
- Livestock will be released at the conclusion of each Show
