The Old Man and the Sea
Work-in-Progress Preview
Saturday, March 25, 8pm

Soaring soprano Helga Davis—a returning MASS MoCA friend just like The Old Man and the Sea creator Paola Prestini—narrates this operatic adaptation, while Kronos Quartet alumnus and cellist extraordinaire Jeffrey Zeigler performs. Both epic and personal, Prestini's adaptation breathes fresh life into Hemingway’s seminal characters

Pack your opera glasses and join us for an electric evening, including an excerpt of the work and a conversation on stage with the principal creative team following their week-long residency developing the work.

$15 member tickets for this one!
