Yoga - Just the Basics

12 Wednesdays, March 15 - May 31, 12:15 p.m., $84

Can’t touch your toes? Too tense to sleep at night? Try Yoga-- a system for total spiritual and  physical well-being that can be done at any stage of life, a system that’s been around since 2700 BC. You’ll learn to breathe in a way that helps you relax completely, to sit and stand in ways that protect your spine and your joints and, yes, to balance on one leg like a true yogi. You’ll learn the basic poses (called asanas), even a little mindfulness. Chairs provided for help balancing.

Photoshop Workshop

6 Wednesdays, March 8 - April 12, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., $90

Every class will start with a demonstration, and individual attention will be given to each student. Some prior experience using Photoshop is recommended. A subscription to Adobe Photoshop is necessary, either as a student 3-month trial or as a month-to month purchase.
