The sights and sounds of the Scandinavian marketplace come to ASI for 3 days during the first weekend in December at one of the region’s largest handcraft markets and festivals. Shop handmade goods from 60 regional artists. Browse exceptional items from ASI’s own Jul Shop, alongside distinctive artisan glass, clothing, wood, jewelry, ceramics, and textiles.

Perfect for all ages, Julmarknad features pop-up musical performances, family crafts, story time, festival foods, and take home handcraft projects that celebrate the season.

Preview Party:

Kick off the Julmarknad Holiday Market weekend with a special opportunity to shop the handcraft wares of more than 60 regional artists and makers before the Saturday and Sunday crowds. The ASI campus will be filled with joyful new and traditional tunes on nyckelharpa by Renee Vaughn.

Expect live music, food and drink for purchase from FIKA Café, and a chance to explore “Once upon a Mansion”, ASI’s Holiday Exhibition.
