On July 29th, we are delighted to announce another exciting and eclectic fall season of programming, celebrating a wide range of work pushing boundaries in music, dance, theatre, visual art, literature, and spoken word. We're presenting the American debut of Malaprop, one of Ireland's most emergent theatre companies over the past decade; Min Jin Lee, Billy Collins, Patrick Radden Keefe, and other memorable guests from Muldoon's Picnics across the years; Donnacha Dennehy's newest evening-length composition, performed by Alarm Will Sound; site-specific new collaborations from visual artists Rachel Fallon and Alice Maher; the 15th annual Irish Arts Center PoetryFest, with Vona Groarke joining Nick Laird as co-curator; an international creative residency established in partnership with Luail, Ireland's new national dance company; and much more.
