Vienna-Falls Chorus:

Vienna-Falls is a performing and competing chorus for women of all ages.

Vienna-Falls Chorus performs at several venues in the greater DC metropolitan area throughout the year. During the summer, Vienna-Falls performs at the Air Force Memorial to veterans visiting DC through the generosity of Honor Flight. Our quartets deliver phone-a-grams; sing love songs for Valentine’s Day and festive classics for the winter holiday season. In December 2023, Vienna-Falls will present a show at the Capital One Hall in Tysons.

Vienna-Falls Chorus is a chapter of Sweet Adelines International. We sing 4-part harmony, in the barbershop style. Our repertoire includes show tunes and modern music as well as many of your favorites from the past.

If you like to sing, enjoy musical harmony, choreographed dance, applause, stage performance, and the excitement of competition, we invite you to visit us in person at a weekly rehearsal.

10am - Noon: Independence Day Parade

Location: Downtown Fairfax

The City of Fairfax's Independence Day Parade and Fireworks began in 1967. Organized by the Delta Alpha Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, the parade has developed into the largest in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The parade has all the requisite ingredients for the Fourth of July: marching bands, floats, Shriners' little cars and big motorcycles, old fire engines, clowns, and the scorching sun. The parade has featured flyovers by the Flying Circus Aerodrome — and, in 1996, a hot air balloon race. Historically, the parade has been followed by an Old-Fashioned Fireman's Day, in which area fire companies compete in firefighter-related activities; however, this one provides children's activities for fire safety and education. We hope you'll come out and celebrate with us!
