Stunning Transformation of Museum Floors
If these floors could talk what stories they might tell. Our 135 year-old floors have just received some tender loving care, sanded and refinished, with thresholds removed for universal access. Thank you to the Hull Community Preservation Committee and our volunteers: Paul Norton, Steve West, Mark Kohn, Pete MacIntyre, Mark McDonnell and Steve McDonnell for making the floor refinishing project a huge success. The floors now show the story of the evolution of the building as home base for the courageous lifesavers who called the museum building home!
