OSWEGO, N.Y. —The Oswego State Athletics Department is excited to announce Caitlin Hoover as the Women's Field Hockey Head Coach. Hoover comes to Oswego from NCAA Division III Mansfield University in Mansfield, Pa. Hoover has been an Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Washington and Jefferson College from 2018-2020
