48 Hudson Update

This week was a week of study and exploration. A part of any restoration project is to study the building as you go as new information always comes to light with things being uncovered and moving about. This week we learned more about how the side jambless fireplace was constructed. Here are a few drawings done by our project architect showing how it was framed and put together.

Advocacy Update

From our colleagues at the City of Albany ... SURVEY ALERT!

ACDA is currently updating its five-year Consolidated Plan, which is submitted to HUD so that the City of Albany can receive federal funding from multiple federal programs like CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA.
 
They are seeking public input in two ways: through a short survey and through emailed public comments to [email protected]. There will be public meetings at some point in the future.
