Thank You Sandwich High School Students
This week, students from Sandwich High School helped move the art installation, Concrete Distinction, to its new location within the Arbor Bowl here at Heritage. This collective piece, by artist Marybeth Lensel, is comprised of 5,000 individual pieces and was installed 20 years ago. A huge thank you to our friends at Sandwich High School!
To read more about Lensel's process and her inspiration, as well as see an incredible timelapse video of the Sandwich students at work, read Curator Amanda Wastrom's blog below.
The Hundred Acre School Summer Programs
Join us in our bright, modern, air-conditioned classrooms for STEM-focused weekly programs that allow children to question like scientists, use technology as a tool, be creative engineers, and think like mathematicians. Enrollment is open!
The Hundred Acre School had a special visitor last week. School Resource Officer Cotter visited the Green Room for career day. Lots of great questions were asked and answered. We're delighted he able to join us.
