Harvard Art Museums Happenings for May 2024

Arts and Entertainment

May 15, 2024

From: Harvard Art Museums

Tulips are blooming across New England, and they are also making an appearance in our newest exhibition, Imagine Me and You: Dutch and Flemish Encounters with the Islamic World, 1450–1750, which tells the story of cross-cultural exchange between the Islamic world and the Dutch and Flemish. To deepen your experience of the exhibition, join us for the opening lecture by the exhibition curator and three guest speakers as well as a gallery talk about “Tulipomania.”

Other May highlights include a gallery talk on Egon Schiele’s landscapes and a special story time in the galleries of the special exhibition LaToya M. Hobbs: It’s Time.

At the end of the month, join us for Harvard Art Museums at Night for an evening of spring delight!
