Our President and CEO, Dan Mayer has reached the remarkable two-year mark at the helm of Chapman Cultural Center!

In this time, Dan has not only found his stride but has led the organization to new heights of excellence and fresh ideas.

For example, Dan has demonstrated a commitment to the aesthetic and structural excellence of our campus. From state-of-the-art exterior cleanings to the meticulous restoration of our treasured oculus, the glass ceiling mosaic adorning the pinnacle of our theatre, This allows visitors to our campus to enjoy a quality environment matching the talent and professionalism on stage and in studio.

Beyond the physical enhancements, Dan has played a pivotal role in advancing Chapman Cultural Center's dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Externally, this commitment is especially evident in our community engagement initiatives. Internally, Dan has initiated DEI training for our staff and partners, fostering a workplace culture that values diversity and upholds principles of equity and inclusion.
