From: Oklahoma Governor J Kevin StittGovernor Kevin Stitt issued a continuance today to preserve the following Executive Orders:
1993-20: Establishing the Developmental Disabilities Council (as amended on September 5, 2002)
1996-07: Designating the Office of Juvenile Affairs as the agency responsible for state juvenile justice plans
2015-09: Continuing the enhanced and streamlined Oklahoma AMBER Alert

2015-35: Authorizing the State Adjutant General to arm certain full-time military personnel on military installations throughout Oklahoma
2019-10: Appointing Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety to serve as designee for authorizing agencies to maintain minimum services during hazardous weather
2019-14: Directing OMES to assist State agencies with disposal of underutilized real property assets
2019-15: Appointing Director of DCAM as designee for closing state offices/buildings, within the jurisdiction of DCAM, due to unsafe working conditions
2019-38: Establishing Governor’s Science & Innovation Council
2019-39: Establishing Governor’s Aerospace & Autonomous Systems Council
2020-02: Moratorium on non-essential travel by state employees to California
2020-03: Directing state agencies to identify two existing regulations for repeal per each set of newly promulgated permanent rules
2020-10: Designates Director of DHS to act as Governor’s designee for certain filings with the federal government
2021-16: State agencies cannot require members of the public to wear a mask or show proof of a vaccination in order to receive government services
2021-29: Designating the State Department of Education as the lead agency for administration of Part C of the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act; creation of the Interagency Coordinating Council for Early Childhood Intervention
2022-10: State Holidays 2023
2022-13: Implementing Mission: Secure Oklahoma Schools
2022-18: Directing the State Board of Education to comply with Janus v. AFSCME, 138 S. Ct. 2448 (2018)
2022-31: Ordering the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security and the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety to oversee and manage the Oklahoma Information Fusion Center, provided the center shall be renamed the Oklahoma Counter Terrorism Intelligence Center.
2022-33: Banning TikTok on state computers
