4PM to 8PM: PRE-PARTY

The weekend fun begins on Friday night in Lincoln, when riders can enjoy live music by Hot Dealers and Rascal Martinez and a meal as part of the Hub & Soul experience. Check in will be on the plaza outside of the Jayne Snyder Trails Center. Out of town riders can stay at area hotels in the Haymarket and downtown Lincoln. Free parking will be available at the nearby Assurity parking garage.

RIDE TO BEATRICE

DEPART LINCOLN: 7AM to 9AM
DEPART ROCA: 7:30AM to 10AM

Riders will have the choice of two start locations:

OPTION 1

Jayne Snyder Trails Center
7AM to 9AM
44 mi to Beatrice

Free parking in the Assurity Parking Garage.

Roca Tavern
7:30AM to 10AM
32 mi to Beatrice

Park across from the Roca Tavern and drop your luggage no later than 9:30AM along the North side of the Roca Tavern

Riders will gather at the official start at Union Plaza/Jayne Snyder Trails Center, load their gear on the transport truck, grab a coffee and a breakfast bar and fruit to go, then roll out anytime between 7AM and 9AM. Riders can also start in Roca, but there is no complimentary breakfast at that location.

LUGGAGE

Luggage must be dropped off and loaded no later than 9AM in Lincoln and 9:30AM in Roca.

Luggage will be claimed at Chautauqua Park, dropped off no later than 12PM.

ARRIVAL: 11AM to 4PM

Once in Beatrice, riders will camp overnight in Chautauqua Park, just off the Homestead Trail or make their own arrangements with area hotels (shuttles provided).

Rest stops will be provided along the way including Roca Tavern, Cortland and Pickrell City Park. Saturday night will also feature locally brewed ales at Stone Hollow Brewing where you can catch your favorite college football team on the Stone Hollow indoor screens.

FOOD TRUCKS: 4:30PM-8PM

LIVE MUSIC: 5-7:30PM

7AM to 8:30AM: RIDE HOME

After coffee and a grab and go breakfast (fruit and breakfast bars) in the park, riders will pack up and load their gear, and ride at their leisure back to Roca or Lincoln, their original start location. Departure no later than 9AM.

Rest Stops

Pickrell: 7:30AM - 10:30AM
Cortland: 8:30AM - 11:30AM
Roca: 9:30AM - 3PM

11AM to 3PM

Luggage will be dropped off no later than 1PM at Roca and Jayne Snyder Trails Center.
All rider services on trail will end at 2PM.
Luggage must be picked up by 3PM at the latest.
