COME JOIN US IN MAKING HISTORY EVERY DAY!
Start 2023 off with a trip through history! Donation of your time is one of the most valuable and important things an individual can offer. The Fresno County Historical Society is kicking off 2023 with a Volunteer Drive, as we have many events planned for the year, along with a bustling Kearney Mansion Tour schedule, and we need your help.

As you know, volunteerism is a keystone for any nonprofit organization and the Fresno County Historical Society is no exception. We have all suffered the effects of the pandemic and this organization is still reeling from the aftermath. Prior to the pandemic, we had a very large, strong volunteer corps which has dwindled to nothing over the last couple of years.

We want to continue to bring fantastic events to the Central Valley community, but we cannot do it alone – so please consider helping the Fresno County Historical Society by volunteering with us. We have SO many fun awesome things happening this year and we want YOU to be an integral part of all of this exciting schedule!

Here are just a few of the upcoming 2023 events we look forward to bringing to our region:
Stars, Stripes, and Swing Annual Gala ('40’s USO themed!) in March
Mother’s Day Tea in May
Time Travelers in late May (NEW FOR 2023)
Great Kearney Smoke Out BBQ in September
Murder Mystery Dinners in October
Christmas at Kearney Holiday Tea in December
