Old Fair Park recieved a Skate Park, a covered Basketball Court, and Handicap accessible playgroud, Splashpad at City Pool, EMTHigh School Training Program, Vocational Scholarships, High School Job Fair Symposium, Highway Clean-up on 290 West, and local projects other organizations bring to the club.

Local Literacy Program: OTTER reading program at Fredericksburg Primary School, Dictionary and book purchases for the Fredericksburg & Harper school libraries, Reading Rodeo at Fredericksburg Elementary School, Books for Babies which supports development of preschool reading. Teacher supply closets at Fredericksburg & Stonewall Elementary School, nutritional projects for youth in Fredericksburg

International

Clean water project in Tanzania 2017, Exchange Student program since 1997, Shelter Box purchase for International Disasters yearly, Hosting Professional Adults from other Countries, Hygiene packs for Mision de Candelilla, and more in the pipeline.

Together all Rotary Clubs Internationally raise funds for the eradication of polio. Rotary International has many other projects in seven areas of focus:
Literacy, Environment, Water and Sanitation, Promoting Peace, Fighting Disease, Building Local Economies, and Saving Mothers and Children.
