HANGTIME: FIREHOUSE ARTIST MEMBER OPEN WALLS EXHIBIT 2024

The Firehouse Art Center is celebrating our Artist Members in this juried exhibit. All members, whether painters, potters, photographers, or sculptors were invited to apply, hang and display their work.

Hang Time refers to the open wall concept where each member selected their wall space and was responsible for hanging their own work, which is a departure from a typical exhibit installation.

It also means the collaborative element of hanging out and creating community.

The Firehouse Art Center is pleased to announce that Kenzie Sitterud is the 2024 Winter Artist in Residence in the Firehouse Artist Occupied Series. The program is intended as a professional development opportunity for emerging and experienced visual artists, exposing visitors to working artist’s environment.
