OCCCA Exhibition explores protection and sustainment of artists’ individual cultural heritages

11 Artists engage the entropic ambiguity of time by giving individual ancestral influences a contemporary presence in diverse media

Viewers are invited to experience an aesthetically powerful exhibition displaying unwavering and committed practices of artists placing their ancestral influences at the forefront of their artwork by pursuing, contributing and sustaining their cultural heritage sources. Exhibited artworks communicate a spectrum of evolved backgrounds as continued mainstays of public thought and interest through the vast array of disciplines presented in painting, drawing, photography, mixed media and much more. Curated by Juan Gomez and Maribel Nuño Navarro.
