Nothing says summer like tie dye! Stop by the Courtyard and let your creative side shine. We will provide one tee shirt per teen, but feel free to bring your own white clothes to add to the fun!

Movie Mondays
Every Summer Monday at 3 p.m.

Join us for a movie showing at Darien Library's Teen Lounge every Monday during the summer! Who picks the movies? YOU DO! Keep an eye on our Instagram Stories @darienlibraryteens on Fridays to vote for next Monday's movie! Popcorn and drinks will be provided.

The Friday Thing
Every Summer Friday at 1 p.m.

What is the Friday Thing? It's a time to come to the Teen Lounge, eat snacks, do a craft, play some video games with your friends, or talk with our Librarians about the things that you love! It is an open hangout so bring your friends and come spend some time in the Teen Lounge.

Adulting 101: Car Maintenance
Wednesday, June 28th at 2 p.m.

Do you know how to change a flat tire or jump start your car in an emergency? Come to the parking lot of Darien Library for a *crash* course on car maintenance! Perfect for teen drivers who are just starting to get on the road.

DIY Teens: Pride Pins
Wednesday, May 17th at 4 p.m.

June is LGBTQ+ Pride month and we are celebrating by making custom pins! Make your very own unique design on the computer, print it out, and then use our button maker to immortalize your art into something you can wear!
