The Little York Pavilion

The beautifully restored national historic Pavilion in Dwyer Park with a wrap-around porch and a breathtaking view of Little York Lake!

The Grand Hall

at CRT Downtown

24 Port Watson Street, Cortland, NY

Modern, versatile "black box" hall allows for creative configurations for seating and decorations, conveniently located in downtown Cortland.

We will begin booking for 2024 in April.

-Rustic, turn-of-the-century building with sweeping lawn and beautiful views.

-Easily accessible with large parking lot.

-Large professional grade catering kitchen with walk-in cooler.

-All events must conclude by 6:00 pm on nights when CRT has an evening performance. (For 2023, the only date this affects is August 5).

-Events on all other dates must conclude by 10:00 pm.

-Accommodates up to 180 people sitting, or 400 standing.

-$700 per day plus a refundable $200 damage deposit. We are unable to offer partial day rental rates.

-Any alcohol is the responsibility of event planner.

-"Day Before Decorating" may be available, at an extra hourly charge.

Rental Fee includes:

-150 folding chairs

-12 rectangular tables (30” x 96”)

-14 round tables (60” diameter)

-Post event cleaning

-Hall Manager on location for entire event

All catering, decorations, entertainment and linens are the responsibility of the event planner.

The Grand Hall at CRT Downtown

-Versatile hall allows for a variety of seating arrangements and creative decorating. Beautiful lobby with fireplace.

-Easily accessible from city parking lot.

-Professional grade catering kitchen with heating ovens and large cooler.

-Tables and seating for up to 200 people.

-Wi-Fi throughout the building.

-Specialized sound and lighting systems available.

-Optional stage with versatile locations.

-Smaller break out / dressing rooms available.

-Heated/air-conditioned.

-All beer/wine must be provided by Cortland Repertory Theatre. No hard liquor allowed. Additional bar fees apply.

DOWNTOWN RENTAL RATES

-Business Meetings, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, M – F:

-Hall and kitchen – up to 4 hours: $400 plus a $200 refundable damage deposit

-Weddings/Parties/Dinners/Dances/etc:

-Hall and kitchen – full day: $750 plus a $200 refundable damage deposit

-We are unable to offer partial day rental rates; group size does not affect rate.

-Inquire about special pricing for non-profits and schools.

Fee includes:

-250 premium chairs

-15 rectangular tables (30” x 96” )

-17 round tables (60” diameter)

-“After-event” cleaning

-Hall Manager on location for entire event

-Decorative overhead “string lights”

-Basic sound system with 1 microphone and music playback

Dressing rooms available for an additional $200 (CRT Downtown Only)
