Seeking Participants for Green Building Outreach Videos

The City of Encinitas, in collaboration with San Diego Gas & Electric, is creating a series of informational videos on the newly amended Green Building Ordinance. A goal of the videos is to demonstrate the use of electric appliances in homes and businesses. Therefore, the City is seeking participation from interested residents and business owners!  

Interested participants should meet the following criteria: 

- Have an electric appliance(s) in your home or business—heat pump water heater, space heater or air conditioner, dryers, induction stove or cooktop, etc.

- Be willing to provide an on-camera interview about your appliance use and experience.

- Sign a participation agreement with the City. 

- Allow a videographer to film you and your appliance.
