HOLIDAY MAGIC IN HISTORIC CHARLESTON
The City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs celebrates the holiday season with Holiday Magic in Historic Charleston, offering free, family-friendly activities and live performances for everyone in the community to enjoy.
Join us on Saturday December 17 for the final Holiday Market of the season in Marion Square from 9:00am-3:00pm. You’ll find everything you need to deck the halls for the holidays and fill the pantry with local goodies, all from local farmers, growers, artisans and crafters. Browse a wide assortment of art, crafts and holiday gift items and get your holiday shopping done early.
On December 18 at 4:00pm, join us in Marion Square for Chanukah in the Square. Holiday Magic in Historic Charleston is also a partner in promoting and producing Chanukah in the Square, an initiative of the Yaschik/Arnold Jewish Studies Program at the College of Charleston and Chabad of Charleston and the Lowcountry. This festive celebration, which features live music, arts and crafts and traditional seasonal food, starts at 4 p.m. and culminates with the lighting of a menorah at dusk.

Jingle Ball
Ritual Charleston, 145 Calhoun Street

Admission: $100, plus applicable fees
Come celebrate the holidays and give back to the community. Ritual presents Jingle Ball 2022 a black tie benefit with the goal of brightening the holiday season for children living below the poverty line in the low country area. Proceeds will be donated to the East Cooper Community Outreach Christmas Assistance Program.

Platinum-selling Phil Vassar is "Coming Home for Christmas" and bringing singer-songwriter Deana Carter to The Riviera Charleston for their 2022 Christmas tour.
