The 2024 Community Engagement Grants (CEG) application cycle is open! Bronx-based artists, collectives, and arts organizations have the opportunity to apply for Arts Fund, Community Arts, and New Work for a total of up to $10,000 in grants.

Bronx Dance Fund (BDF)

Opens: Tuesday, October 10th

Deadline: Monday, November 20th, 11:59 PM

The Bronx Dance Fund (BDF) supports Bronx-based dancers, choreographers, and dance organizations with budgets under $250,000 through grants of up to $7,500 for general operating or project-based support.

Bronx Recognizes Its Own (BRIO)

Opens: Monday, October 16th

Deadline: Monday, December 18th, 11:59 PM

Bronx Recognizes Its Own (BRIO) provides awards of up to $5,000 to individual Bronx artists who create works in literary, media, visual, or performing arts.

September 30th - Creating A Narrative Arc

Bronx Memoir Project (BMP)

Join us for the final 90 Pages and Beyond workshop on Saturday, September 30th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Creating a Narrative Arc explores shaping one’s life story into a coherent timeline, marking the highs and lows into a compelling story of growth and self-discovery that will relate to or resonate with readers.

And Save The Date! The next BMP workshop series, Memoir in Verse led by Advocate of Wordz, begins Tuesday, October 17th.
