Earlier on July 24, Governor Kathy Hochul attended the Buffalo Bills Training Camp at St. John Fisher University where she signed legislation S.5539A/A.785A, also known as Desha’s Law, that will save countless lives by requiring cardiac emergency response plans in public schools.
