The Friends of Weir Farm invites kids of all ages to Bring Your Teddy Bear to the Park for a pop-in event on Sunday October 22nd from 11am to 1pm, featuring giant 5-foot-tall teddy bear, J. Alden Bear, fun bear-themed activities, crafts, and photo ops.

No registration required, just stop by for a beary good time!

Visit the Friends of Weir Farm tent near the Visitor Center anytime between 11 am and 1 pm to earn a Junior Ranger Badge by completing one of the fun bear activities. Or join us at 11:30 am, and then again at 12:30 pm, for a beary special story time. Then go on an Art Bears Scavenger Hunt and check out the colorful outdoor Art Bears installation.

While you are at the park, hike to the Weir Pond or Take Part in Art and create your very own work of art! Step back into history and tour the Weir House and artists’ studios, and check out the Weir Barn.

All activities are free and open to ‘kids’ of all ages. Light refreshments will be served. Rain date is Sunday, October 29 from 11 am to 1 pm.
