6:30 p.m. - Winemaker Dinner at Oceanpoint Ranch
Dine with four award-winning Paso Robles winemakers and enjoy the rustic charm of The Cow Tipper at Oceanpoint Ranch on Moonstone Beach in Cambria. Blended wines will be perfectly paired with an elegant four-course menu. As an added bonus, enjoy a welcome pour and an amuse-bouche! Seating is limited and will sell out quickly. 6 p.m - Winemaker Dinner at Cavalier Oceanfront Resort

Dine on classic American cuisine at the Cavalier Oceanfront Resort, nestled atop a scenic bluff overlooking the California coastline, the Cavalier Coastal Kitchen is a true hidden gem. This limited experience includes dinner with four Paso Robles winemakers.

9:00 am - Winter Birds and Wine Tasting: BlendFest Excursion
Join Morro Coast Audubon leaders for a leisurely stroll along the San Simeon boardwalk to view the amazing variety of birds that winter on the beach and along San Simeon Creek. Expect to see shorebirds, ocean ducks, snowy plovers, warblers along the creek, and ducks aplenty. This is one of the most likely areas to spot Bald Eagles and Golden Eagles. After the field trip, we will meet at Harmony Cellars for more bird watching and a delicious wine experience provided by Harmony Cellars and a cheese box from the Paso Robles Wine Merchant. $45/pp.

1:30-3:30 p.m - BlendFest: Coastal Excursions
Gather at one of the most unique and picturesque coastal vineyards in California, the Derbyshire Vineyard. Join us for an unmatched tasting and tour experience. Travel to the highest point in the vineyard via shuttle for a wine tasting with all three brands, a vineyard walk, and a discussion on what makes this property so special. This exclusive opportunity is not open to the public and can only be experienced through BlendFest on the Coast, so don’t forget to charge your phone because you will be taking plenty of pictures. Includes individual gourmet cheese trays from the Paso Robles Wine Merchant and a logo souvenir glass.

Harmony Cellars and Audubon Society Birdwatching and Wine Tasting

Join Harmony Cellars and the Audubon Society for a guided walk through meadows and forest for a coastal birdwatching experience, followed by wine tasting at Harmony Cellars. We’re sorry, the birdwatching excursion is sold out.

BlendFest on the Coast Sunset Grand Tasting will bring 40+ renowned wineries of Paso Robles to the coast, each showcasing distinct blends. Guests will enjoy spectacular wines, only surpassed by the stunning ocean views, along the Highway 1 Road Trip.

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM - Blending Seminar and Lunch by the Coast

Try your hand at making the perfect blend with The Blending Lab Winery and three of Paso’s finest winemakers as your guides. Guests will learn the philosophy of blending and then compete for the best blend. Santa Maria-style lunch follows with the winemakers and their finished wines.
