Winterfest, presented by Bank of America and World Wide Technology is bringing back all the fan favorites, including ice skating, s'mores stations and igloos underneath 100,000 twinkling lights in the shadow of the Gateway Arch. This six-week winter celebration will also showcase exciting events like try hockey free, visits from princesses and superheroes, and a family friendly New Year's Eve fireworks spectacular.

Winterfest 5K

The Winterfest 5K is back for its fourth annual year, kicking off the Winterfest season in Kiener Plaza on Saturday. It's accompanied by a 1-mile Fun Run/Walk.

Experience our hometown national park in a new way! The route includes magnificent views, with a journey past Kiener Plaza and the Old Courthouse and through the beautiful grounds of Gateway Arch National Park. It doesn't get more "St. Louis" than this

This race is the only official race through Gateway Arch National Park and the only one to also support the park! Proceeds benefit Gateway Arch Park Foundation's mission of conservation, preservation, education, and community programs at and around our hometown national park.

Ameren Missouri Festival of Lights

Winterfest officially kicks off with the Ameren Missouri Festival of Lights. ushering in the holiday season in St. Louis with the lighting of The Salvation Army tree of lights.

Ceremony: 5:10pm
Tree Lighting: 5:40pm

Join us for a family-friendly and free event in Kiener Plaza while enjoying local holiday-themed talent performances, new vendors booths and exhibits leading up to the lighting of The Salvation Army Tree of Lights.

Ice Rink

This holiday season, ice skate in the shadow of the Arch at the Winterfest Ice Rink in Kiener Plaza

Ice skate rentals are $15 for adults and $10 for children ages 3 to 15.

Igloos

Enjoy Winterfest from the warmth of the Igloo Village in Kiener Plaza. Reserve your private, upscale heated igloo which includes stylish, comfortable seating for up to 4 people, signature beverages, ice skate rentals, and more!

Time Slot:
Fridays: 4pm to 5:30pm and 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 2pm to 3:30pm, 4pm to 5:30pm, 6pm to 7:30pm

Igloos cost $200 for one reservation (up to four people).

S'more ways to have fun at Winterfest

Purchase a Winterfest Campfire Kit ($20) for everything you need to make up to four s'mores, as well as access to one of our four marshmallow toasting fire pits.

S'mores kits will be available for purchase on-site. Vegan s'mores kits available upon request.

Pricing:
$20 per kit, which includes access to the Winterfest fire pits for roasting your s'mores.

Each Winterfest Campfire Kit makes up to four s'mores and includes:

Join popular princesses and superheroes on the ice! Characters will also be available for photos.

Join us on Friday, December 6 and Tuesday, December 31 for holiday-themed karaoke! Bring your friends and family down to sing your favorite holiday songs.

New Year's Eve 'Neon Nights' Celebration and Fireworks

Time Slot: 4-8 p.m.

Our New Year's Eve "Neon Nights" celebration, made possible with support from Greater St. Louis Inc., is a family-friendly way to ring in the new year. Enjoy a DJ, fire dancers, princesses and superheroes, party favors and a deluxe photo experience, topped off by a fireworks spectacular with monumental Arch views

Schedule:
DJ: 4-8 p.m.
Princess & Superhero Visit: 4-6 p.m.
Fire Dancers: 6-8 p.m.
Fireworks: 8 p.m.

Party decorations, 3-D glasses, and glow products handed out 4-8 p.m. while supplies last.
