Help us be there in the days, months and years after
Give Now
It’s been one year since deadly wildfires devastated the island of Maui. Today, many communities in Hawaii are in the long process of rebuilding.
The American Red Cross has been there for these families every step of the way - and it’s all thanks to generous supporters like you.
The American Red Cross doesn’t leave after a disaster strikes a community. Red Crossers stand firmly with residents for months after, offering compassion and the resources to rebuild their lives.
In the last year, we’ve provided a total of $25.1 million in cash assistance to residents in Maui to help recipients cover any pressing needs like rebuilding their homes or paying for groceries.
Your Support helps to:
Keep our shelter doors open
Provide warm meals and clean Water
Deliver clean-up kits
Provide emotional support
and More...
Give Now
Every day, you help us to be there for those in their moments of greatest need, no matter how long it may last. Your support allowed us to respond not only in Maui, but in places like Florida after Hurricane Idalia and the Midwest after hundreds of tornadoes struck earlier this year.
But as disasters grow more frequent than ever, we’re counting on you to help continue this lifesaving work. So, please: Will you give now to help us empower communities to rebuild and recover after disasters like wildfires, hurricanes and home fires?
Give Now
Thank you for helping us to respond to and prepare for disasters of all sizes - everywhere.
