Raspberries, Desserts and Pie Eating Contest
5:00 pm at Downtown Park
Get ready to eat some raspberry pie, find out who makes the best raspberry desserts and who grows the largest raspberry in Hopkins

Largest Raspberry – 5:00 p.m.‍
Do you have your own raspberry patch? Get ready to harvest your prize raspberry and bring it to Downtown Park. All raspberries must be home grown. Each raspberry will be weighed to identify the largest raspberry.

Raspberry Dessert – 5:30 p.m.
We are seeking all raspberry dessert aficionados. Dust off your grandma’s recipe and bring your best raspberry dessert to Downtown Park. Let the judges decide who made the best homemade raspberry dessert.

Pie Eating Contest – 6:00 p.m.
Bring your sweet sense of adventure and your appetite for our raspberry pie eating contest, compliments Driskill’s Downtown Market. Join in on all the pie eating shenanigans or cheer on your favorite pie eating contestant. The first six contestants to register at 6:00 p.m. in each age group will participate in the pie eating contest. Age groups: 10 -13, 14-17, 19-49, 50 -100.

Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd& 3rd winners for each contest.

The Sunset Series

This special community event brings residents and visitors from throughout the metro area to enjoy music in our beautiful Downtown Park. Music in the Park concerts are free, compliments of area businesses and organizations. Bring lawn chairs or a blanket. Refreshments always available.
