Our traditional festival will return the third week in May with a new theme and all the fun events that you know and love. The community will continue to be an important part of the Lilac Festival as we continue working towards our mission to honor our military, empower our youth, and showcase our region in Spokane and throughout the Pacific Northwest. This will be a fun year with many memorable Lilac events.

6:00pm - Lilac Legacy Art Show

The Spokane Lilac Festival Association presents the Sixth Annual Lilac Legacy Art Show at Fete- A Nectar Co, 120 N Stevens. Featuring exhibition of works from local artists and the selection of the 2024 Official Festival Artist.
Please join us at this fun, annual event.
$5 admittance fee can be paid via the button below or at the door.

May 19, 2023

11:30 am to 1:00 pm: Queen's Luncheon

The 2023 Spokane Lilac Festival "Onward" Royal Court invites you to an afternoon of fun at our annual Queen's Luncheon at The Historic Davenport Hotel. Featuring special appearances, an inspiring message from the 2023 Parade Honorary Grand Marshal (TBA), and a message from Queen Josephine.

Cost: $55 per person

6:30 pm to 10:00 pm: President's Gala

Celebrate Spokane at a gala hosted by 2023 Festival President Sam Snow, welcoming municipal leaders and leadership from across the Pacific Northwest, with entertainment, dancing, and a keynote from the 2023 Parade Grand Marshal, Rear Admiral Douglas Asbjornsen (Ret.).

Freshly Brewed Starbucks Coffee and a Selection or Teavana Hot Teas
House Made Baked Breads with Butter

Cruzin' The Falls Car Show

Before the Armed Forces Torchlight Parade, join us in downtown Spokane on Spokane Falls Blvd west of Stevens St. for the annual Cruizin' the Falls Car Show from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Early Bird online registration is $15. Registration opens at 9:00 am and closes when full or at 11:00 am. All proceeds benefit the Spokane Lilac Festival Association. Awards presentation will be at 4:00 pm. Afterwards, cars will line up to cruise through the parade route at 5:30 pm sharp.

Lilac City Marketplace

Explore local handmade goods and more on parade day in the heart of Downtown Spokane.

All new in 2023, the Lilac City Marketplace is a chance to support local artisans and complete your shopping list! Located on Howard Street next to the Cruzin' the Falls Car Show, you won't want to miss this new tradition.

1:00-5:00pm: Spokane Lilac Festival Brewfest at Riverfront Park - West Pavilion

The Spokane Lilac Festival Association (SLFA) is bringing together over 30 local breweries for the 2nd annual Lilac Festival Brewfest!

For 85 years, the SLFA has championed the Armed Forces Torchlight Parade, honoring our military, empowering our youth, and showcasing our region. Festival planners added the Brewfest to the mix to further showcase the region and Spokane's many award-winning and innovative breweries.

Tickets include a tasting glass and tokens for tastings. VIP includes 1 hour early entry.

Designated drivers will get free entry at the door, no prepurchase necessary.

This is a 21 and older only event. No cancellations or refunds.
