The City of Palo Alto Recreation Division invites you to our annual 4th of July Summer Festival and Chili Cook-Off at Mitchell Park.

Enjoy free chili tasting, live music, food trucks, and games and activities for kids such as inflatables and crafts. Bring your own chairs, picnic blankets, and reusable water bottles. Walking and/or Biking is strongly encouraged as parking is limited!

Chili Cook-Off Divisions:
Open Division: The open division is for anyone that wants to share their amazing cooking to the community (families/friends encouraged!).

Corporate Division: The corporate division is for any business, non-profit, community or service organization, or other formal organization.

Best Spirit Award - $250 cash
Best Decorated Booth - $500 cash
Best Overall Chili

1st Place - $1000 cash
2nd Place - $750 cash
3rd Place - $350 cash
People's Choice Award - $750 cash
