the Elkhart Jazz Festival kicks off at The Lerner Theatre hosting a FREE concert by Truth in Jazz Big Band from 7:00PM – 8:00PM. Also head to the Wellfield Botanical Gardens for Emma Hedrick (7PM) and Blair Clark (8:30PM)

‘Day Pass’ includes access to indoors stages at the Crystal Ballroom & the Library Atrium with performances by Lao Tizer Quartet, Ilya Serov, Andy Brown Trio, Julieta Eugenio, Bryan Eng Trio. Also performing on outdoor (free) stages will be Davina and The Vagabonds, Lin Rountree, Ben Davis Trio, Jazz Assemblage, Whistle Pigs, and Darryl Buchanan’s Soul Motown Allstars. The Lerner Theatre headliner ticket (sold separately) will include shows by Grace Kelly (6PM) and Mindi Abair (8:30PM)

‘Day Pass’ will allow for a great mix of jazz (1PM to 10PM) on indoor stages at the Crystal Ballroom and Library Atrium. The Crystal Ballroom will showcase Lucia Sarmiento, Sofia Goodman Group, Kris Brownlee, Emmaline, and Sharel Cassity. All with a more contemporary-modern feel. Stroll over to the Library Atrium to experience a more traditional vibe with Christopher Lucas Wilson Trio, Emily Cavanagh, Third Shore Collective, Mike Smith Quartet, and Kanola Band. Performing on outdoor (free) stages will be Teen Town, Isabella Isherwood, Neil Carson’s New Nostalgia, Couch, Shelly Cowling Quintet, David Hilliker Organ Trio, Dave Bennett Quartet, Q Sonics, and SWC. The Lerner Theatre ticket (sold separately) will include shows by The Four Freshmen (3PM) and Joey Alexander (8:30PM)

Join us for a FREE day of jazz! This year celebrates of 35 years of the Elkhart Jazz Festival being a very special event for our community. What better way to thank the community than offer another year of great experiences. The Lerner Theatre will be open to the public hosting Dave Bennett (1PM) and Joan Collaso (3PM). The Central Park stage will start at 10:30AM with a River Oaks Community Church Praise Service, then The Dean’s List, Rafael Chavez Trio, and VibeNation.
All Jazz Fest Day and Weekend Passes may be picked up beginning Thursday, June 22, 2023 at NOON at Jazz Fest Will Call in The Lerner Grand Lobby.
