The 23rd Annual Hot Licks Blues Festival presented by Newark Organization for the Creative Arts. All proceeds will support NOCA's educational initiatives. This year's lineup features headliner Elvin Bishop's Big Fun Trio, Mark May Band, The Guitar Company, and Tom Carroll and Friends. Enjoy a block long beer garden and food trucks. The festival is free and open to the public, however, there are VIP upgrades available and opportunities to donate to ensure the longevity of the festival and NOCA's educational programs.
