Morrisville, PA — After years of planning and anticipation, 21 Locks Brewing Company is proud to announce its official grand opening celebration, Canal Fest, taking place over three full days from Friday, May 30 through Sunday, June 1, 2025. The new brewery and gathering space is located at 32 West Bridge Street in Morrisville, just steps from the historic Delaware Canal that inspired its name.
A Nod to History, A Toast to the Future
Named for the locks along the historic Delaware Canal, the brewery honors Morrisville’s industrial roots while offering a modern, welcoming space for the community. Canal Fest marks the official debut of this much-anticipated destination — a brewery, café, and kitchen built on the values of quality, creativity, and connection.
The concept is led by a team of craft beer, coffee, and hospitality industry veterans, coming together with the goal of giving Morrisville a fresh, vibrant place to gather — and a truly great pint.

New Beer Releases – Including Windlass (German Pilsner), Torrent (Double IPA), Christopher (American Light Lager), Ground Paddle (Apricot Sour), Caisson (Tart Saison), and a brand-new American Pale Ale.

Signature Beverages – Alongside our in-house creations, guests can enjoy Curious Elixirs non-alcoholic cocktails, Twilight Kombucha, and the signature “Cold Fashioned” made with house-roasted cold brew, bitters, simple syrup, orange, and a Luxardo cherry. Our beverage program also includes offerings from Spirit Animal, Bluebird Distilling and select pours from our neighbors at Ashlynn Distillery, rounding out a cocktail list that’s both elevated and approachable.

Food Features – The kitchen will be firing up a bold lineup of signature favorites throughout the weekend, including the famous Mustard Pizza, Clams Casino Pizza, and Pepperoni Hot Honey Pizza — each baked with a style that loyal locals will instantly recognize. Guests can also dig into the Bacon Jam Smash Burger and the 21 Locks Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Full menu details will be available on-site.
