- Good Vibes Friday

- Body Mind Spirit Fest begins - Admission is just $7.00 daily or $10.00 for a weekend pass! The first 30 people to purchase a ticket on Good Vibes Friday will receive a gift!
- Books and Spirits Bistro opens - The Books and Spirits Bistro is open all evening with music, a cash bar, and tasty food offerings. Relax in the bistro for a bit after work, then enjoy the event!
- Enjoy shopping and readings with all of our amazing exhibitors until 9:00pm.
- Check out the Celestial Selfie Station in the foyer - post to your socials with #BodyMindSpiritFest and share the love! The LOVE sign is in the parking lot for more selfie fun!
- We're having a Treasure Hunt! Pick up your self-guided treasure map at check-in and see if you can find all the answers - drop your completed map into the golden drum for a chance to win a gift basket from Inner Journey ~ Books and Gifts that Feed the Soul!
- Soft Plastics Drive begins. Bet that wasn't something you expected to read! We have a team here at Unity of Roanoke Valley dedicated to keeping plastic out of our waterways and landfills. They're collecting and recycling soft plastics - bring yours and drop it off in the collection bins in the Books and Spirits Bistro!

- Dances of Universal Peace with Bhakti Kulani on the patio in the Rose Garden - everyone is welcome! Join us for a joyful, embodied peace practice appropriate for all ages! Simple songs (drawn from the world's spiritual traditions) and group dances are taught for all to learn with ease. As we sing, breathe and move together, we experience peace, joy, and harmony (literally!) The leaders of this event are a group of spiritual friends from various faith traditions who practice together to cultivate peace and love in our hearts and community. - From Scarcity to Overflow: A Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony with Jess Jarels out by the big trees as you come up the hill (we'll move inside to the Annex if we have inclement weather). You're invited into a sacred guided journey. Through breathwork, ceremonial cacao, and soul-nourishing ritual, we'll explore themes of: Releasing fear, shame, scarcity, and comparison. Rooting into gratitude and inner worth. Opening to pleasure, creativity, and radiant overflow. This is a space to come home to yourself. To soften. To remember. To feel safe receiving again. Energy Exchange: $22 drop-in/$18 when you preregister. Drop-ins welcome - come by booth 32 on Friday to join! Want to save your seat ahead of time? Register for just $18. Come as you are. Leave with more of yourself. Can't make it on Friday? Join Jess on Sunday at 2:00pm for another Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony! No ticket is required to participate.

- Drum Therapy with Linda Macchia of The Beat Goes On - Stop by the tent out front to sit and listen or learn to play healing rhythms on frame drums. Frame drums were played in the ancient Middle East and Greece, primarily by women in sacred rites and Goddess ceremonies. Chairs provided. No ticket is required to participate.

Free Compost Education Demos and Workshops hosted by Davey Stewards of Star City Compost. Stop by the trailer in the upper parking to learn about how you can compost at home and their food waste and organics recycling program. Davely will host two free workshops at 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm. He will cover information on how to compost properly and tour the solar powered aerated static compost tailor.

- Universal Kirtan with Bhakti Kulani in Room G (downstairs) - everyone is welcome! Join Rachel Theo-Maurelli and Jeff Tiebout of Bhakti Kulani for Universal Kirtan. Universal kirtan draws on and expands the Hindu practice of singing the names of the Divine as spiritual devotion by using sacred phrases and names from the world's religious, spiritual, and mystic traditions.  As Bhakti, it is considered a vital element of the ancient discipline of yoga designed to open our hearts to divine grace, love, and bliss. We'll briefly introduce Bhakti, which can be defined as adoration, Love, and surrender to the Divine. Then we'll sing, in the call and response tradition, names of the Divine One from around the world. You must purchase a ticket to the event to participate.

- Qigong Demonstration with Teruyo Mercer of Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group on the patio in the Rose Garden. You must purchase a ticket to the event to watch the demo.

- Sound Bath with Ginger Quinn of Restoreth Sound and Vibration Healing in Room G (downstairs). Suggested love offering of $15.00, give what you can, no one turned away. You'll pay Ginger on Sunday. Limit 15 people - sign up at check-in. Kindly bring a mat, pillow, blanket, or anything you need to be comfortable. You must purchase a ticket to the event to participate in the sound immersion.
