We all have family history, and it is our responsibility to document it. Join archivist Xavier Walker as he takes us on a journey through our own family histories, engaging in conversation around reconnection, remembering, and recording for future generations. Participants of all ages are welcome!

About the Artist

Xavier Walker (he/him) is an archivist, DJ, and multimedia artist searching for the pocket and building a bridge. As a music lover and steward of Black, queer culture, he curates experiences around preserved history, both asking and answering the question of how Black people and Blackness has and continues to create temporary otherworlds—sites of pleasure, politics, and communal cultivation.
