Working Woodlands Workshop: Winter Wildlife Tracking

Have you ever wondered what types of animals are frolicking in the snow-blanketed forests of winter? Join us for an in-person workshop to learn about winter wildlife tracking! This workshop will begin with a presentation from Ed Sharron, a National Park Service Science Communication Specialist, who will provide us with an introduction to the art of wildlife tracking. Following the presentation, we will take a guided snowshoe hike (snowshoes will be provided) through the Mount Tom Forest to practice identifying tracks and other signs of some common Vermont mammals!

Location: Meet at the Forest Center
