Our annual West Texas Handbell Festival will take place at First Presbyterian Church in downtown Midland, Texas this coming March. Bob Avant is our honored clinician. He recently authored "Advancing Towards Excellence in Handbell Ensembles" and serves as the Director of The Baylor Bronze Handbell Ensemble at Baylor University.
