- Walk along the OTrak and watch live chalk art drawings created by professional and student artists competing for Best in Show, Second Place, and People’s Choice. Winners of the competition will be announced at 4:30 p.m. in the Art Park.

- Create your own chalk drawing at the Art Park for $10. Chalk provided by Ocala Cultural Arts along with a designated sidewalk square in the park.

Enjoy live music, local artisans and craftsmen, non-profits, and food trucks along with chalk artistry.

Chalk artists, both professional and student, along with arts and crafts vendors, non-profit organizations, and food trucks interested in participating in OTrak Chalk Walk can apply online at www.ocalafl.gov/chalkwalk. The professional competition is open to artists currently working and residing in the state of Florida. Student competition is open to middle and high school students in Marion County, Florida only.  Deadline to apply as an artist or vendor is Dec. 1, 2024.
