A Bend holiday tradition like no other! Tumalo Creek Kayak & Canoe’s Holiday Lights Paddle Parade lights up the Deschutes River and the Old Mill District with a magical display of decorated kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. Starting at 4 p.m. on Friday, December 13, paddlers from across Central Oregon will gather at Tumalo Creek’s shop and float upriver in a stunning procession of illuminated vessels. If it floats, you might see it in the Holiday Lights Paddle Parade. Spectators can enjoy the festive spectacle from the Old Mill District footbridge, celebrating the holiday season with lights, laughter, and community spirit.
