Roof Piece (1971) by the iconic choreographer Trisha Brown - a trailblazing site-specific work that forever changed the notion of dance’s relationship to the environment in which it’s performed - will explode across our campus, helping bring our year-long 25th Anniversary celebration to a close by highlighting the physical structure that anchors MASS MoCA’s place as one of America’s (and the world’s) most unique art institutions.

About the Artist:
The Trisha Brown Dance Company is dedicated to the performance and preservation of the work of Trisha Brown and projects related to her legacy. Established in 1970, TBDC has toured throughout the world presenting work, teaching, and building relationships with audiences and artists alike.
